Randy was on time, polite, and definitely knew his stuff! I was worried that getting to our dryer vent on our second floor condo roof would be tricky but it was no big deal for Randy. Our dryer vent had likely never been cleaned and was terribly clogged with lint. After he was done I was finally able to dry a load of towels in under an hour. We'll make back what we paid for his service fee in just a few months with our lower electricity bills!

Randy was on time, friendly, and obviously knows his stuff! Our dryer vent was full of more lint than we could have imagined, and he quickly cleaned the vent. My dryer was finally able to dry a load of towels in under an hour after he was finished! What we paid Randy will be easily made up in reduced electricity bills within just a few months. I thought getting on our second floor condo roof might be problematic but it was no big deal for him.
