I have been using Best Cleaners for years. They have gone above and beyond to help me. My items are pressed nicely - any way I want. Items are clean. They do a nice job shortening my pants.

The owners, male and female, are very respectful in person. I dropped off a pair of jeans with ball bearing grease that they were able to take care of. This was my first interaction and they did a great job. 5 stars for the first time.
A couple weeks later I brought them a jacket with food oil stains. They got the oil off one side of the jack but not the other, but most importantly I got my jacket back smelling with a nasty funk. I picked it up in the normal plastic that they give but they did NOT clean my coat. The smelt lingered so bad I had to take it off and rewash it. 0 stars for the smell and half the stains removed. In total my 2 experience deserves 2.5 stars.

The place was clean. I was in a room with two twin beds. When I went to bed the first night, the springs almost fell to the floor. Some towels were dingy and appeared to have been used. Motel 6 like accommodations in my opinion. The TV in the master bedroom did not work.
