BERCO Building Materials gave me excellent service. The order mistake was not theirs, it was made by the customer, and they still stepped up and fixed it for me with no problem. They unstacked the material, helped get everything corrected, and restacked it without any hassle. That took extra work and time, and they handled it with a great attitude. Top notch customer service, hardworking people, and the kind of place that takes care of you even when the issue was not their fault. Highly recommend.
Great products, staff helps with specific selections, Josh went the extra mile to work with main factory to help me get what I needed. Prices were very competitive and products better than big box. Victors help in the yard saved my bad back. Thx guys.
