Rochelle is amazing!! Found her practice at the perfect time in my life. She is easy to chat with, sessions have a great pace and Rochelle always took the time to understand exactly what I was going through as well as my goals in life. We would key in on words I was using, daily stresses, patterns, anything that I wanted to focus on or that came up in the flow of our sessions. My favorite part is that she would build hypnotherapy recordings during our time together that were personalized for my current struggles or aims to help me during the week or beyond. Working with Rochelle has been such a gift! Honestly, just talking with her before our sessions felt therapeutic in itself. She holds such kindness, wisdom, and presence that I’ve never felt safer with a therapist. Communication was always so easy, sessions started right on time, and I’d receive the recordings immediately after. She has such a deep knowledge of this work—not just the “what,” but the “why” and “how”—and she explains everything in a way that really lands. I began noticing results after just one session with her. I can’t recommend her enough. Love, love, love.

Rochelle is the best. I attend her breath work classes often and each time I am reminded of how much of an incredible and powerful woman she is! Anyone who works with Rochelle is lucky to be part of her circle and community. Breath work and hypno therapy has changed my life and will continue to do so!
