I needed a complete reroofing of my house and got three quotes to evaluate. I chose American Cool Construction to do the job. The Owner/Contractor David Saruhanov came out to meet me and discuss the project. He offered much more than the other two bids I got and he was very specific of the job they would do. What was most important to me was the warrantees, which he offered 25 year warranty for workmanship, and 50 warranty from GAF for any materials that should not hold up. I wanted to go solar but needed a new roof first. I sought five quotes, ACC was one of the two most competitive and complete estimates I received. What won ACC this contract, 100% without a doubt, was Orli. Her dedication to communication and working with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed, and commitment to keeping me up to date as the project progressed is unparalleled. Roy was great to work with on my new roof. He made the whole process way easier than I expected and kept me in the loop the entire time. Reliable, easy to talk to, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Everything turned out awesome and I’m really happy with the result. Would definitely recommend him!
