We had a great experience with Advanced IPM. Ronnie came out and did a thorough inspection identifying everything that needed to be sealed up. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly and their tech doing the work did a great job ensuring everything was done correctly. The detail in which they sealed the house up was impressive. We’ll be using them again if needed.
I scheduled a termite and dry rot inspection with Advanced IPM, and Ronny came out promptly to closely inspect my house. He was very professional and thorough and answered all of my questions. One piece of rotten trim was found, and a reasonable estimate was given to replace it. Jeff and crew did great work replacing that rotten trim board, and while recaulking other trim boards, more hidden dry rot was found from behind, which they also replaced. They were very careful to replace rotten backing boards as well and spray Tim-bor and carefully paint the trim. Very happy with their service and the quality of the work done.
This review is for Tommy alburger! Professional and most reliable technician (and company). Tommy came out and went above and beyond. He took care of the birds and even cleaned up the bird feces around the house and on the house, he even did so much more than what was expected. He took care of my home like it was his. He will most certainly do the same for your home. Thank you again Tommy! Truly the best
