Called with an issue and Alex did her very best to help solve our situation. It isn't even in her job description and she just went above and beyond her role. She was extremely kind and her customer service skills is that of a professional that every company wishes they had.
I wanted to recognize Andrew H for outstanding customer service. He’s always polite and professional when he services our property. I like the fact that he calls in advance of the service, and comes to the door to let us know he’s there to perform the bi monthly pest service.
Joey is excellent! I needed extra help from him in addition to a regular service. He inspected my house attic and lawn to determine whether I had a critter issue. The attic showed no issues so Joey’s suggestion is to monitor and call him if anything surfaces. The lawn showed signs of a mole tunnel. Since I had repellent, he provided me good advice on how to apply it properly. He also suggested monitoring and if the issue persists to call for additional service. And the regular service is always a comfort knowing my property is protected. I appreciate Joey’s professionalism and expertise in listening and helping me.
