“I have been receiving routine skin care treatments at Le Spa By Sophie since February of this year - and after 6 months I can finally share the results and knowledge I've gotten from these ongoing visits.I am 41 years old and prior to visiting I thought my skin care routine was fine - but during Covid I starting to see my skin aging, looking and feeling very thin, and many wrinkles I hadn't seen before.On my first visit, Selene was able to detect problem areas due to how I'd been washing my face and she also asked me to bring in all of my current skincare and hair products. She educated me on what ingredients been thinning out my skin prematurely and causing me acne - initially disappointing but ultimately the changes I've made to my skincare routine have been obviously beneficial to me. I see my face looking more refreshed and much clearer.I sprung for the membership package to get stem cell facial treatments - and every time I come in, I have the best naps.To skincare newbies (such as myself) it really was a leap of faith to purchase the membership package and I was anxious to know if I had made the right decision for myself. I'm happy to say that I have a dedicated skincare team who knows my habits and problems very well, and overall I'm much much more aware of how my diet and daily habits directly effect my skin. I drove over an hour to get there, and I’m going to go back next month. I’m so tired of these expensive salons raising prices during all this price gouging going on. Book micro needling with stem cells. She even seals it with a lazer treatment. ( who does this?) no upsell’s, an hinest holistic approach, it was just anamazing, wonderful experience. “I have been truly amazed over the past five years of the loft privato (formerly The Loft) and its stylists. I’ve come and brought my two school-aged daughters in for trims and for myself, cut and color (and had my first double bleach process and tone/gloss done). Abel now has his own Highland Park salon and gave me the perfect pixie cuts I’d strived for, and stylists such as Heather, Lisa, Amore and Eva worked with my daughters and/or me during various visits. The staff are polite, friendly and upbeat and are great conversationalists. I’m always offered a drink when arriving and at their new Colorado Blvd location, site of the former Yogurt Haven there are even light treats and candy!At my most recent visit, the sweet and talented Heather helped me decide to bleach and time my box-dyed auburn pixie cut. When I wanted to go lighter, she changed it, and when I thought I wanted smoky grey instead, she changed it for me yet again, no extra charge, since I’d returned within 7 days. I had never plunked down $200 for bleach and tone before but didn’t dare attempt to do it myself from a box kit at home for fear of damaging my hair. The loft privato was helpful to me because I tried going to two other salons but they were either fully booked or didn’t want to take on the task of changing my dark auburn to smoky grey. The loft privato stepped up to the plate for me!A serene and restorative environment and ambiance, you can’t go wrong with loft privato. Yes, prices are going to be higher than your chain hair salon, but they will be well worth it! Treat yourself and you’ll be hooked!Services: Haircut“

“I can't believe I took so long to write this review. I've only been here once but for a hydrafacial and it was amazing. The front desk hostess was so sweet and engaging, and she offered me snacks and tea (so many!) although i didn't actually take any (too shy). The place is really cute and the vibes were great. Once i got in, my facialist made me feel super comfy and was so sweet and attentive! I wish i remembered her name. She was incredible! So skilled and funny and fun to talk to, but she also was super professional and thorough. I've had hydrafacial before and this was among the best I've had. She also gave me some extractions which were very gentle. I looked glowing afterwards. She showed me all the gunk afterwards and holy yikes. Super relaxing and wonderful. I 100% recommend and will be getting another asap. BTW: bring in cash. They charge to use card & i remember it was unusually high. Also remember to tip well!“

My skin is absolutely glowing now and I feel more relaxed than I have in a very long time!
