Natalie did my back, shoulders, chest, and midsection waxing, along with a facial, and the experience exceeded every expectation. To be honest, I’ve never been a fan of waxing because it can be pretty painful, so I wasn’t exactly looking forward to it. Natalie immediately put me at ease with her calm, professional approach, and the entire experience was far more comfortable than I expected.
