Natalie did my back, shoulders, chest, and midsection waxing, along with a facial, and the experience exceeded every expectation. To be honest, I’ve never been a fan of waxing because it can be pretty painful, so I wasn’t exactly looking forward to it. Natalie immediately put me at ease with her calm, professional approach, and the entire experience was far more comfortable than I expected. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping her clients achieve long-term results, not just providing another service.
The spa is beautiful, spotless, and relaxing, and the attention to detail is exceptional. My skin has never looked or felt better after the facial, and the waxing results were fantastic.
