“I want to start off by saying I really wanted to like this place, the staff is sweet and welcoming and my nail lady tried her best... unfortunately she may be extremely inexperienced as the final result was far from a finished product ... I'd also like to add this was my first time here, and I tried this place since my regular salon in the area was fully booked. I communicated several times I wanted a gel pedi with a pink clear base under the white tip, despite that she still tried to use a pale pink base until her manager helped correct her on this (I was optimistically hoping it was due to the language barrier). When she went in on the French smile lines, the lines were crooked and made my big toe nail look completely circular... her manager stepped in again to set an example to follow yet she was unable to replicate it. The tips she painted were thick, uneven and asymmetrical and in honesty pretty atrocious. After enough attempts I suggested to go with a solid color instead. She managed to paint over the nail beds in addition to curing gel polish onto the top of my foot. She also managed to finish with uncured gel polish all over her hands. Overall it was a pretty stressful event to witness and be a part of and I'll still need my toes done but I'm out for my time wasted and the cost of this service. I personally love supporting small local businesses and leaving positive reviews but this is a situation where I feel an honest review is needed for the technical quality of the work.My daughter who also got a gel pedi with me had a much more pleasant experience though and hers turned out much better.**update** my daughter's pedi is still in really good shape after a week. Lien also called to apologize and offered to redo my pedi personally and I think that's just really great of her to do so.“

Their work was excellent and they were very sanitary and the guy who did my gel manicure was very detailed. We live in Georgia but when we come back we will definitely return.“
