“Liana is amazing.  We were selling our home while we were living in the house, a very difficult situation for a stager.  Her process is very methodical and the end result blew our mind.  I can see why they call themselves 'Stage of Mind'!!  We have to thank our agent Grace Chang for introducing her to us.

In her first visit she walked with us through the house understanding all our requirements.  Next her team moved swiftly, measured and mapped the entire house within a few minutes.

In a few days, she had the design in place to accommodate our requirements and designed around what was put forward to her.  Following week while we were gone, in a couple of hours they got new furniture and staged our entire home.  When we arrived and stepped back into our house, all members of our family were left happily stunned and could not believe - this was our home.  For a moment, we considered not selling it and keeping it the way Liana had staged it!!

The house was sold very quickly and above the asking price.

After the house was sold, her crew swooped back and with the same efficiency as demonstrated earlier, they took away all and left everything exactly as it was before the staging.

Some in our family believe Liana is a Fairy godmother!!“

Grace who is also great, is the person at the front desk who assisted with all the floor plans. We of course ran into some hurdles as I expected with any renovation , however the service from Grace and Peter was top notch.
