“This doctor has literally saved my life. I got sick and ended up in and out of the hospital, with countless symptoms but with no answers. I was in and out of the ER several times a week, BEGGING for answers, referred to many specialists over and over only to be told my labs were normal and sent on my way. My journey was a tough one, and I took it very slow since I'm so sensitive to everything, and she helped me every step of the way. ALL of those symptoms are gone, I am still working on healing, especially since I was severely deficient in iron, and healing my nervous system so I can keep everything else in balance, but I am functional now, and doing so much better. Dr. Lissa has helped me get my life back, and I can't even express how grateful I am. Doctors swore up and down I would not heal my GERD without taking their PPIs, they literally told me it was IMPOSSIBLE, (without doing any actual tests on me of course, I had low stomach acid so their PPIs would have made me sicker, ironically), but here I am now, no more GERD, zero use of PPIs. “I enjoyed getting a Fractional CO2 laser at Dermatown. I got it in February of 2025. It was my first time getting a laser done to my face, so I wasn’t entirely sure how to go about it. Fortunately, the customer service was amazing and I felt comfortable getting the laser. I was given detailed instructions of how to care for my face post treatment and they gave me a kit to take home. The kit had directions on them and skin care tools to care for my face. I was also able to send Dermatown daily photos of my face so they could track my progress and guide me on what to do each day as my face was going through the stages of the treatment. “I would 100% recommend Federal injury centers to any federal employee that has an injury and cannot seem to get it approved, FIC will get it approved!!! I was going to Torrance FIC driving from Las Vegas once a month because my case could not get accepted in Vegas. After going to FIC in Torrance after two weeks, my case was accepted!!
