Skypark Preferred Family Care has been amazing from the very first interaction. Everyone is incredibly helpful and welcoming, and you actually get direct access to your doctor and that was exactly what I had been searching for over the past three years for my elderly parents.
They really embody what the ideal doctor–patient relationship should feel like: personable, supportive, and never rushed. The staff is super personable, supportive, and they genuinely spend time building relationships and understanding the patients they care for. Nothing beats the personal friendly staff. You don't feel like a number. The doctors are amazing. I was so appreciative of how they responded to my mother's hour of need during the holidays. They really are on call and take their time without rushing you to remember everything. I highly recommend especially if you have an elderly person in your life. I get peace of mind as the daughter/caregiver. Oh, and no phone trees. Someone picks up the phone. Imagine that!

Skypark Preferred Family Care and the 3 Doctors: Dr LaGreluis, Dr Lawrence and Dr Karns care about their patients. They take the time to get to know you. And are there for you 24/7. You won’t find this kind of care anywhere else. And, when you need to get in for treatment or to be seen, they get you right in. No waiting for weeks for an appointment! This is how healthcare should be!
