“Dr. Costantino and Payton 'inherited' me when my long time chiropractor retired. From my initial consultation and 3X weekly visits that were filled with multiple adjustments and rehab exercises, I feel like I'm standing taller today and have much greater mobility. Seriously, I think I'm an inch taller after all the kinks were worked out. And I'm down to one visit every other week now because my back feels great!

I appreciate the personal approach that Dr. C takes. Every patient is different and Matt takes the time with each parient to make sure adjustments are necessary. There were many times I had an appointment where after examining me, he stated I didn't need an adjustment that visit. His honesty is truly appreciated.

Now a customer for 8 months, I can't see me using anyone else. The daily spinal hygiene stretches that Payton prescribed are important to keep up and helps in between adjustments. I do a complete set twice a day. The first set after I wake up and the second set late afternoon. And for any golfers out there, I've added about 20 yards to each club thanks to my new nimbleness.“

“I had been suffering from tinnitus and dizziness, or Meniere's Disease, the past couple months, and have had two extreme vertigo episodes that I did not ever wish to happen again. My ENT doctor prescribed me some supplements, which hardly helped the symptoms. Mercedes has been our massage therapist almost the entire time since starting our journey at this practice. She is one of a kind and displays compassion while being so knowledgeable.
