Seismic CrossFit has been a blessing. The coaches made me feel right at home, everyone is so encouraging and motivating. I was at a part of my life where I wanted/needed to get better physically and mentally, and this gym has helped me overcome some problems that I needed to address. Helping me start a new lifestyle
Seismic's "Fit for life" class changed my life. When I started I could barely get up off the floor, now I'm fitter than I have been in many years. Heather tailors the workouts for your fitness level and injuries you might have.I am moving out of the area, but I'm am taking what I learned with me. I want to thank Heather and my workout partners for a great experience. I highly recommend this class to any older adult looking to get moving again.
An amazingly welcoming environment where you get to build up your strength and flexibility. Very inclusive environment where all sizes and shapes are welcome. Love the catered dedication you get from the trainers. Whatever your starting point is the only way is up and they are there to support you on you journey ?.
