Just went there with my kids, and it was their first time at a nail salon. The ladies were wonderful and kind. My kids got a mani/pedi and had a blast! I got a full set and a pedi- beautiful. Love my set, so sparkly and glittery. My kids want to know when we are going again. I think I created a monster?

I have searched high and low for a nail salon like this one. I walk in and feel like I'm at home. They greet me and treat me like a queen when I get pampered here. The full sets are perfect and my pedicures are always lasting longer than anywhere else I've been. Thank you for the team that makes this experience for me each visit. I'm super picky about my nails but they know exactly how to perfect a set here. Ladies and gentlemen trust me when I say this is the one stop nail shop. Love it here. Thank you all for my beautiful nails and pedicures every 2 weeks! I'm a loyal customer to nail poetry now and wouldn't change a thing! Love this place and you will too pinky promise.

I'm not a person that likes to leave bad reviews. However, if I was the owner of a business, I'd like to know how my employees treat customers. I went in for a Mani & Pedi (I called ahead). The first gel color that I chose was a Coral tone. It came out as a neon pink. I told the woman who was doing my pedi that I would like to change it since it didn't look like the sample. She sort of argued with me saying that it's how the color comes out, but agreed to take it off and apply a new color (after taking to another woman at the desk).
