“My doctor told me that the cranial sacral could help me with my headaches related to the stress that I have been getting. I had no clue what CS was before but I figured I would give it a shot since it is non-invasive and if it didn't help then not much is lost.
I have to say, it its totally worth it! Sure, I was skeptical at first but even after my first treatment, I felt much less pressure in my head and everything was much clearer.
Mallory was so warm, knowledgeable, and open with everything. She was very helpful in talking me through everything so I could understand the process better. She also did a little debrief after to make sure I felt what she was doing and how it should help. Every time I have gone I have felt stronger and lighter as if it is slowly building up a defense.
