We were considering replacing the ductwork in our office building. After a thorough review Scott shared that the replacement is not necessarily needed and the cost of it would not justify the energy savings we got. I appreciated the honesty and a truly professional approach. It is one more thing that makes them outstanding. Later that day my coworker shared that they used Elevated Comfort before for their house and also got an outstanding service.
I had elevated comfort come out to do a tune-up on my cooling system. The technician they sent was Scott Hampton.
He was excellent, gave me a great review of my system, did a great job and really knows his stuff!!
I recently moved into a new home and noticed the heating system hadn’t been serviced in quite some time. I reached out to Elevated Comfort, and they promptly sent out a very friendly and knowledgeable technician. While the system is older, it’s running well for now, and I plan to work with them again when I’m ready to replace it. Great experience overall
