Sam was super friendly and communicative. He was quick to give an estimate and service my car asap. He picked up what was needed, only charged for what was used, and even replaced a couple filters I had brought myself. I dropped my car off around 1:30 and he finished before 5pm. Honest and great work. Would highly recommend!
Great spot, he was prompt with answering, both phone and text. Gave me options on parts, recommended an additional one that may be the culprit (it was!). I dropped the car off around 4pm, with the hope id get it back in a couple days, but ideally the next day. By 7pm that same day, I had a number of texts and videos explaining all that was wrong, and that it was fixed and ready for pickup. His price was amazing, and I can return one of the parts that we didn't need. Id highly recommend him, friendly, communicative, reasonably priced and prompt!
Sam is an awesome mechanic. It's his own business and he's the mechanic, which i think is awesome because it's not like a different person working on my car each time and them trying to figure out how i got a supercharger that big installed my car,jk. But yeah, This is very important to me because having 1 mechanic, they know your car and its past issues. He's been my mechanic for about 3 years now ever since i moved to the eastbay. He's honest about his diagnosis's and he'll let you know what needs to be done on your next visit. Very straight forward and super fair prices. I also like supporting local and independent workers!
