About a year or so ago Mark and his crew did an amazing job on our tile flooring, so when we needed our couches cleaned, it was a no-brainer. Again, Mark and his crew did an impeccable job not only on the couches, but two rugs, dining chairs, and barstools, not to mention throw pillows! Mark is tenacious when it comes to keeping us informed of our schedule appointment and calling on the day of the job with an ETA. Mark and his crew were friendly, communicative, efficient, and fast. Couldn’t be happier with Ultra-Shine.

Mark is a great guy and is honest and fair. He and TJ cleaned all our upholstery items, including two sofas, four decorator chairs, and five area rugs. We will be hiring them to clean our hardwood floors next. They do outstanding work! I recommend them highly!
