Joe did an excellent job! Provided great service and communication throughout the entire process. My carpet looks good as new.

Reviews
Great service. Prompt. Courteous.
Joe was fast, professional, and personable. The carpets haven't loked this good since he came out the last time--ainxw they were installed, really. I told him we would have him out more often if it wen't for the hassle (moving all the furnitur and dealing with our four pets). Joe said he understood completely, and suggested that we think about focusing on the bedroom, which is where the pets sleep too and so where allergens are most concentrated. A realistic, reasonable, and very helpful suggestion.
