I’ve been going to T3 for six years — their classes are the best! The guidance and coaching by the instructors makes me feel confident in my ability to move, especially when doing challenging exercises. Not only are the instructors friendly, the community of women makes me feel supported as we all share the same goal, which is to be fit, active, and healthy. If you are someone who is new to fitness and/or struggle with staying accountable to your fitness goals, definitely check out T3 as you will get the guidance and support needed to achieve your health/fitness goals.
Joining T3 is one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. It’s more than a gym - it’s a community of women at all different levels of their fitness journeys, supporting each other. It is 100% worth the money and is so much fun :)
Thankful for this encouraging community of women ! Each step in this fitness journey my coaches have helped me to safely regain strength, increase my fitness level and meet my goals.
