The entire staff makes a diligent effort to respect the time of the patients by not making us wait. They confirm, double check & call to make sure you are coming for your appt. At the desk they greet you and already have your paperwork ready. The waiting areas are clean & comfy and the wait is short. Such a refreshing change.
I have been been a patient at Riverside Medical Clinic for over 32 years.. my Rheumatology Dr. Babajanians retired a few months ago...I opted to go to the Temescal office with Dr. Youssef she was very nice & listened to what I had to say ordered test ect. & then informed me she was leaving for a new job because she was moving..I was very disappointed as the only other Dr left is one I've seen before does not listen to me, wants to try things that have been done many years before & didn't work..So I have been patiently waiting for YOUR clininc to hire 2 more Rheumatoligist..and my time is running short now my specialy prescription is out of refills...this is very disappointing...read full review
I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The specialist I saw was courteous and listened to me. The times I've called the call center with questions the staff has been nice. I will say be ready to wait on hold when calling. The facility is clean and well maintained.
