I drove to RCM Urgent care to night all the way from Wildomar I had to drive all way to the Moreno Valley Urgent Care it took me over 40 minutes to drive here as the corona Urgent closes at 8pm. Once I arrive at 853pm a Man was waiting at the glass door and proceeds to lock the door when he sees me parking. I get off my car and he watches I attempt to open the door and it is indeed locked. Every time without fail I request a Spanish translator for my parents.
Nobody knows Spanish and if they do they translate incorrectly. My Spanish is not that great I understand more than speak or translate especially in Medical terminology. We come to a medical setting where they should have professional translators on hand.

It has been a nightmare trying to get an authorization taken care of. I have spent hours and hours on the phone- Yesterday I was promised by the Auth dept supervisor that she would send the Auth right over to where I needed it to go, and they (LL that needs the auth) STILL have not received it. It is impossible to get through to anyone- Really, really bad service. I have waited for this apt for 2 months, and am in dire need to see this doctor.
