Although my husband’s lab results, MRI, and PET/CT scan were all negative, his previous neurologist’s office repeatedly canceled or rescheduled his appointments, including last-minute changes that delayed his care. As he continued to struggle with pain, discomfort, and anxiety while waiting for answers, I began calling other neurologists in my area to find the earliest available appointment.
