RMC use to be a great medical group. Customer service has declined, scheduling is frustrating, and it’s become very inconvenient. Appointment schedulingtake a long time to connect, and referrals or specialists are often booked months out. Most recently, I took time off work and pulled my child out of school for an appointment, only to arrive and be told their system was down and I had to reschedule. No notice, no accommodation—just a complete waste of our time. It’s disappointing because the providers themselves are excellent, but the front office and overall management really need improvement.
It is absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 5-6 months to get an appt with Pulmonology. In the meantime, I have gone to urgent care twice ( in the last 3 months), Kaiser ER 3 or 4 times, Dr. Fryckman 3 or 4 times bc They only have 2 or 3 Pulmonologist. With the new iwne4s things have taken a downward turn. I used to be so pleased with these clinics.

Today, my daughter had a neurology appointment there. I accidentally made a wrong turn and arrived at the wrong building. When I realized I was going to be late, I panicked—and in the middle of everything, I dropped my wallet.
While driving to the correct building, I realized my wallet was missing, and it had my daughter’s insurance card inside. I went back to look for it but couldn’t find it. We had already waited a month for this appointment, and everything felt like it was going wrong at once.
