I been coming here for years to bring my little one, but it's like the phone never works... I'd be on hold for over 12 mins and I just give up and hang up. The staff is amazing but sometimes one cannot come in and you would think the someone would answer the phone.

I accidentally wrote a review, but it was for the old building, but I'd like to give another review. I heard good things about Natalia Cardenas from my mother and ended up having her as my primary doctor for about three years or so. For those those three years, I truly had the best doctor by my side. Always informative, and on point with my diabetic problems. I could never thank her enough for her help, and kindness in my lifetime. I had to leave California over a year ago and the worst thing about moving was leaving my doctor behind. There are some great drs, some drs that truly care. And some drs dont know what they are talking about and show LACK of empathy. Orders are sometimes not put in. Frustrating. Especially when its urgent. Call backs are terrible 90% of the time.
