I’ve been around the medicine mill and as much as I understand the plight of fellow patients and their struggles, Dr. Ho does NOT deserve any kind of disgruntled 1-star review. This is one of the FEW primary care physicians that has looked at my chart and tried to address concerns and needs in a holistic way. As a person with a series of co-morbidities, Dr. Ho has been fantastic at getting me in and out within a reasonable time frame and getting me any labs and referrals needed to get me feeling closer to normal. This office does take medi-cal Molina insurance. Thank you Dr. Ho for helping me stay healthy!
She's been good doctor for me for 2 years, however third year I didn't go to this doctor and cancell appoinment, they said they terminated me as patient because not follow yearly check in. So upset. They also accept no insurance with lower price.
I'm here with this doctor for many years .I only go here when I got trouble. the doctor super good and nice but im sorry to give this place 2 star because the customer service. I got hurt super hurt feel week ago unti now i lose vision one of my right eye . i call them to refill the medication. im asian my english just bad i know that i just want to talk with someone can speak my language they said they call back but i have to living without medication for 1 week cause they forgot to call back it okay i still feel happy and cause back i was super nice no complaints anything but today i call again to ask for refill medication again and the way the customer service who...read full review
