I was contacted by NexGen, and they came out and determined that there was a misdiagnosis. They fixed the pipe that was cut and rebuilt the section of condensation pipe that was leaving the furnace. Doing so restored the functionality of the unit and a smile upon my face. No longer was I going to have to empty a bucket twice a day.I am pleased that they were able to right the wrong that was stricken upon my family and myself.

I received excellent service from everyone at the company. my questions were quickly & thoroughly answered and explained in detail. Abraham & Aaron were respectful of my tenant & myself, while inspecting the house for a water leak. The repair was set up the next day. The team of Aaron, Aaron & Andrew did a great job from beginning to end. They took pictures for me, to show the project in detail for my HOA. They maintained a tidy work area and returned the yard to its previous look. Repair was done in alloted time. I'm very happy with the whole staff. Would use again & recommend highly. 5 stars.
