Sally, the esthetician and owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and heard. I've been to other places where the environment felt hostile, they overpromise and underdeliver, or try to upsell you on things you don't need. My experience here was the complete opposite.

I originally went in asking for a different treatment, and instead of just agreeing to take my money, Sally took the time to explain the pros and cons and how it could actually be more damaging for my skin. She recommended a service that was better suited for my concerns and still let me choose without any pressure. You can tell she loves what she does and truly wants the best for her clients.

Another thing I appreciated is that all her prices are clearly listed on her website, nothing is made up on the spot, no random packages, no taking advantage. It's honest, transparent, and refreshing.

This is my second time seeing Sally, and I'm so pleased with my results (and I still have more sessions to go!). She's friendly, easygoing, and overall just amazing at what she does. I'm honestly so happy to say I've finally found a med spa I truly love. Highly recommend!“
