I was really, really nervous as I never had a facial before, but Lorena made me feel really comfortable and was very helpful. I was really nervous because I have acne prone skin & very dry skin & wasn't sure if the facial would affect any of that. Lorena was so helpful she answered all my questions took the time to make me feel secure and really calmed my nerves. She made a customized facial for my skin type, and I left the office glowing! my skin looks so hydrated and refreshed. It's been about a week now & I'm still getting compliments on my skin. I cannot recommend Lorena enough. She is so professional, sweet and did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable! 10/10 experience I highly recommend booking an appointment w/ Lorena!“
