“The doctors diagnoses was Discoid Lupus Erythematosus and that it was not curable but it was treatable. I had severe pain in my joints where I wasn't able to grip a broom nor a cup of water. My strength had deteriorated so much even that cup of water was heavy to pick up. My children would want me to Carry them and even the slightest touch would be so intense I would find myself crying.
