He and his staff are very professional and good at what they do. 20 years ago I had breast surgery with someone else and during a recent mammogram, they found my silicone implant had ruptured. Doctor Jacob Haiavy is a well experienced cosmetic surgeon with a good understanding of maxillofacial & general facial anatomy

I received ~7mL of filler total on my face spread out in two sessions. The doctor knew exactly what I wanted, and did a lot with the little bit that he used.. it is important to go with an experienced surgeon for fillers as their understanding of anatomy is advanced, and their skill with injections will contribute to a far lower likelihood of future (although rare), migration… I cannot stress enough that an experienced injector like doctor Haiavy will utilize a small amount of filler and make a big difference in the face. He is experienced with both deep plane injections to mimic bone angularity, and subcutaneous level injections to fill fine lines or increase volume in a given area.“

“I had an excellent experience with my DPFL and NL—those results were very strong (9/10), and I would recommend Dr. Machita for those specific procedures.
However, my experience with the lower blepharoplasty was the opposite. Four months post-op, I am experiencing ongoing aesthetic issues that have not resolved with healing time. These include visible irregularities and changes to my eye area that were not present before surgery - I was disfigured into a monster.
What has been most concerning is the response when I raised these issues. Both Dr. Machita and his assistant dismissed my concerns and reassured me that the results were good, despite the visible changes.
At this point, I would strongly caution others considering lower blepharoplasty with this provider. I would recommend a thorough consultation and possibly a second opinion before proceeding.
If permitted, I am willing to share before-and-after photos to provide context for my experience.“

“They are not seeing sick people... I have a negative covid-19 test, and need to be tested for strep, but I was told they are not seeing any upper respiratory. Since when do doctors not see sick people?

I wrote this review after almost a week of having had a nasty infection, dealing with exhaustion and lack of appetite. I called into the main line, and was told by the front desk I would have to be seen by phone because they are seeing no one with upper respiratory symptoms. The prospect of being forced to go to an urgent care center when I just tested negative for covid felt unfair and intimidating. I initially gave 1 star after the original call with the appt clerk and resulting disappointment.

That was premature. Dr Singh called me back promptly, and went through my symptoms. Apparently they deal with quite a few elderly patients, which made more sense. He put in for bloodwork as well as a prescription. I felt he did his due diligence. Revised the review as a result.

------2nd Update ‐-----

Made my husband an appointment today for a possible broken rib/muscle strain. Unfortunately, Rancho Wellness was unable to do much, we got one referral for an xray and another for blood work. After driving to Grove Diagnostic in Rancho per the instructions given to us, we were told by the location that they decided not to take walk ins any longer. Their website has not been updated yet. And their first appointment was for almost 3 weeks out... for an xray. Tried calling the 800 number. We had to wait on hold for 15 minutes to try to see what else was available but got tired and hung up. This is not including the time it will take to get blood drawn at yet another location. I realize this is not the fault of Rancho Wellness. Personally, I've never had an issue with the staff, I like PA Santa Cruz, she's been very helpful. But I do want to share my experience because if you need a quick in and out without different stops, this might not be the place for you.

3rd update

Well I stuck with it and I'm glad I did. Until the past year, I never needed to be seen but within the past year, I have been seen multiple times. The wait times are never long, and Heidi is a gem. She is amazing. She is kind, takes my concerns seriously and listens without judgement. The staff is helpful and referrals are done quickly. I have changed my review to 5 stars to reflect the qualify of the care.“

“I have been going to Nurse Jenn since 2023 to get various treatments for pain relief, from anxiety I grind my teeth at night. During our consultations she tells me what I need and don’t. If I want to do a treatment and she thinks it’s not necessary she won’t do the treatment. I trust her because she doesn’t try to upsell me things I don’t need, she only recommends things that will help. Her injections are never too uncomfortable either. 10/10 would recommend her for her honesty and work ethic overall.“
