Shawmonique is the absolute best from the Riverside location. The customer service at the front desk is ok. They do tend to up their membership prices however that’s our cost of living increase with the economy. Overall I love getting my monthly massage.
This location is exceptional. The front desk staff is super friendly and both Kate, who performed my facial, and Amily who performed my massage were amazing.Always a great experience at this location. Highly recommend…
We had one hour massage time but finished in ONLY 35 minutes. Sam at reception promised to comp next visit. My question is why short charge when you charge for one hour. It is unethical n not good business practice. Massage by Juan was good but have had better massges.
