One reviewer emphasized the therapist's ability to help with prenatal massage, making the customer feel comfortable and supported.
However, there is consistent feedback regarding the cleanliness of the location, particularly the carpets. Reviewers describe the carpets as "gross" and "disgusting," needing professional cleaning. While the waiting area, front desk, sheets, and restrooms are reported as clean, the state of the carpets creates a negative impression for some customers.

Vanessa is amazing, she truly cares and go above and beyond with her butter hands. Grateful to have found her. I’ve had my membership for 18 years and she’s my fave of all time

Cy is an amazing, experienced, well in tune masseuse. Very gentle but firm touch where necessary. I hope front staff can support him a little bit more to be aware of quietly sitting clients like me haha, as I don't think it was his fault that he may not have been aware I was in the waiting room. But overall wonderful service from this location. So thankful they had one last available walk in slot for me today. Will definitely be coming more often.
