She was able to get me in last minute and explained the process so I can choose what facial is best for my skin. I would highly recommend Katie she was very attentive and the place is relaxing.
I'm a full-time power wheelchair user. Katie has been able to accommodate my individual needs every visit!My L5 vertebrae popped out of place. This was causing involuntary muscle spasms, a pinched sciatic nerve, severe pain surrounding the lower back, and extending down to my left foot. Katie spa was clean and had a relaxing environment. She wore a mask the whole time while doing my facial, which I liked. My facial took about an hr long and my face came out looking so smooth. My pores are gone and I love it. I rate a 5 star for my experience.
