Paul is a reliable and trusted partner whom I consider to be an extension of my team. His extensive knowledge of inspection related home conditions and his ability to explain his findings in a way that states the facts and keep everyone in perspective is such an asset. My buyer clients want to know the facts and my seller clients want the facts to not be inflated or inflamed …and Paul knows that.
