Quarterly service, I have been a customer since the Covid 19 pandemic. Just terminated my service. The new office staff after 5 complaints failed to schedule appointments. The technician just shows up. This is horrible customer service.

The inspector who came out was very professional and courteous. Amid the small talk he really took his time to inspect the perimeter of house and was very knowledgeable about his craft and matters of construction. I learned a lot in such a short time. More importantly, instead of creating a reason to earn money, which I wouldn’t put past other companies, he gave me money saving DIY advice. His honesty showed integrity and that’s why I’d call this place again. For clarity, I wasn’t charged as the inspection was free, and the issue didn’t require action.
