“Kate did such a great job with my hair! I loved her on boarding process, which made me excited to come see her. She really took the time before she started to see what I want and also what I didn’t want. She gave me her professional opinion, (I asked) but she really listened to my needs. She answered all the questions that I had for her. I had a lot. I loved how she showed me the color swaps to make sure I was aware of the highlight color I wanted.
I’m really grateful for her advice because my hair came out beautiful. I have been wanting to find someone that takes the time and care into really making sure I am getting exactly what I want. Her salon is so quaint and comfy. The head massage was amazing! I think I fell asleep lol. I loved all the recommendations she shared with me in a text after my visit, so helpful. “I recently got my hair cut and colored here, and I loved my experience! I am a very indecisive person, but she was able to point me in the right direction to find the perfect shade for my skin tone. I have gotten so many compliments (even from my dad who hates when I color my hair and is very vocal about it). She offered me water and tea while I waited for the color to set. I came in with very damaged hair from bleaching it, and now my hair feels so much healthier and manageable.
