We liked hearing what J.D., Ecowater system water treatment specialist, from Vista, CA had to say about reverse osmosis when he came to our house. He was very knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for in a water filtration system. Our friends had recently purchased a similar system from the company and they were very pleased. The installer did a GREAT job, but when I asked him questions on how we would know how clean the water was, he mentioned that we could purchase a tester on Amazon, but that he didn’t have a tester because the company had told him that as an installer he didn’t need one. My recent experience with EcoWater SoCal was nothing short of excellent, and a huge part of that was due to my plumber, Randy. He was punctual, professional, and worked diligently to get the job done right. What truly impressed me was his willingness to listen to my requests and adjust every detail to my satisfaction. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and I'm incredibly happy with the results.

William Hervig came earlier than expected which worked out with our schedule. He did all the filter changes and checked that everything was working as well as it should. We also had him replace the drinking faucet. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great job and great personality!
