“Oh poor you” from the front desk staff after I mentioned I had been there for an hour waiting. This is the worst medical clinic we have ever been to. Every single time we go it’s over an hour wait and the staff doesn’t seem to give two damns about the patients going there. Switching my father immediately. To the staff, if you can’t have common decency for the patients you attend maybe you should switch “careers” and go work for a fast food chain.

My daughter has been going here for some time after the visit I just had with them this will be the last time I come back !!!! They tell u come 15 mins early just to have you wait over a hr! 245 was the appointment I arrived earlier it’s 330 almost 345 annnnnnnd I still wasnt called to the back this is by far the slowest and worst dr office in Riverside!!!!!!!!!

If there was an option for 0 STARS I will absolutely put it. I brought my client to this clinic and we arrived 30 min before her appointment time. It took 45 min before we were checked in and had information confirmed. Then we waited another 2hrs before we were called to the back. When we walked inside the waiting room there were plenty people before us and during our wait there were several people who were called that came in after us. After reading the reviews before placing my own there are a number of people who have experienced the same long wait time even after having a scheduled appointment time.
