Army vet here, I do not know if they advertise as vet friendly but they really came through for me in the hight of so cal heat. Fernando, the technician was nothing but polite, respectful and I think he deserves many accolades..I had speak with management, to explore options and needless to say, the best. As a vet, these guys are good and good to us, I recommend highly

By step what was going on. Told us what the problem was and fixed it. Very well mannered and asked us if we had any questions while he was fixing the unit. Very highly recommend!!
