Was hating my dirt backyard and mulch front yard, but now we LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! Joseph and his guys Damien, Oscar, Jonah and Masga did such a FANTASTIC job installing artificial turf, a front cascade wall with light, and cement patio and walkways, extending the retaining wall, and creating a raised play/lounge area with center pavers and gazebo. We are really enjoying the installation of string lights in the evening set on timers so there is no fuss! Joseph also offered suggestions such as lighted walkway area at the side of the house as it is dark to see when walking back and forth for refuse and recycle cans. Joseph did the construction of our garage conversion to accessory dwelling unit (ADU). He did a great job in ensuring customer satisfaction. His commitment and dedication is shown by going above and beyond a contractor. I see in him his utmost concern, giving advice and even personal help, in achieving the quality on the agreed cost of the project.
Joseph made our old rental home feel like a new home for our family. He was gracious enough to accept our very short timeline as we wanted to move in before Christmas. He meticulously did water restoration and repairs, renovated the floors, baseboards, all new kitchen, recess LED lighting, put in kitchen gas line, reinforced structural walls and ceilings, put in new fixtures and repainted interiors and changed doors. He went above and beyond our timeline and quality expectations and gave us advice of how best to get things of quality but at afforable prices. He was pleasant to work with and helped us achieve our target look and timeline.
