3JSR Construction Inc. did a great job on the remodel of our house. A leak in the upstairs toilet cause our whole kitchen and restroom demo to the guts. The insurance company didn't pay out enough to have our kitchen remodeled by most quotes. 3JSR Construction Inc. was recommended by a friend of my wife. Joseph walked the are house and mentioned things that needed fixing that no other contractor mentioned. He asked another question, "What would you like?". I told my wife, he's an artist the way he foresaw the work to be done. He gave us good quote. Gave us the time of competition. My wife had some wants. No problem! His crew cleaned up daily.I would say there will always be some discomfort when doing construction in a home, 3JSR Construction Inc. handled the business professionally. The workmanship was beautiful accompanied with quality.We had 3JSR Construction Inc. came back to install vinyl plank flooring downstairs, the stairs, and upstairs hallway. The house is brand new except two bedrooms that are future projects. We'll hire 3JSR Construction Inc. for that project too!Thank you, Joseph and crew!!!!!!! My wife and I were blessed to have been introduced to Joseph and his company after he did some work at my brother-in-laws house, and he has not disappointed, far exceeding our expectations for our home renovation project (complete home renovation, including bathroom and garage addition, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom remodels, roof, AC, attic, and roof; basically everything even the kitchen sink). We were doing some renovation on other parts of the house leaving the kitchen for last. We reached out to Joseph to share what we had in mind for our kitchen project, we scheduled a date and he came with samples and some ideas as well, he took measurements, and gave us a price that we liked. A few days later he and his crew showed up to start the demo! When the kitchen was bare to the walls we asked him to add a couple extra electrical power outlets as it was the right time for this, and he found some bad electrical connections that he fixed as well. It was very exiting seeing the progress moving along, and we knew that we got the right person to do the job. He also did our floors and a powder room and came out amazing, but he saved the best for last which was the kitchen. We like his dedication and that he listened to our crazy ideas popping out at that moment, and gave suggestions that turned out to be good for our projects. if you have any home projects we highly recommend Joseph and his crew.
