Glasses broke. Need to order new glasses. In order to do that, I can not have my info faxed, emailed, or verbally communicated. I need to physically drive to the office, get a piece of paper that has two numbers on it, drive back home, order glasses online. This makes, no sense. Unfortunately, I have to switch optometrists. Nice folx tho. Two stars for inconvenience and having to find a new spot. 3 stars for wonderful staff.

I had my annual exam today for my prescription for my glasses.There is some street parking, but also a parking lot next door so pretty easy to park.They keep the front door locked so you have to knock and you have to have an appointment. I have not worn a mask for a year, however they are still requiring one so please wear one. They do have them available if needed. When they called me the day before to confirm, I wish they would have reminded me about the mask and I would have brought mine.The ladies at the front office are very nice and efficient. First you go into a room to take some test. This is them taking pictures of your eye, testing your peripheral vision and measuring.Then the doctor will take you into another room for your exam. Dr. Nguyen is so nice, friendly, knowledgeable. She has a great sense of humor and makes the visit very easy.For the exam just for eyeglasses it was $135. Thank you to everyone for your help and kindness.

Had my eye exam this morning. I only have good things to say about this eye clinic. From phone calls, check-in, exam and check-out. Everyone was so pleasant. I highly recommend them!
