Dr. Orathay and his assistants, Lacy Joslin and Jamie Lewis, were always very friendly, which makes a big difference compared to other optometry clinics. They don't look at your face with a dollar sign. My prescription was for transition lenses, which didn't work for me, and they agreed to exchange them for bifocals. When they called me to pick up the lenses, everything was EXCELLENT. For the prescription change, they also gave me a small refund to my debit card (something unexpected). “My 5 YO son is on the spectrum, so going to new places and new doctors is always nerve wrecking. However, everyone here was friendly and patient - bonus they have bilingual staff. They have TVs in the waiting area, so my son was entertained. My son had a meltdown during the eye exam, but again, the staff was patient and understanding. Dr. Roubach was super friendly and even spoke a bit of spanish. The Dr. took the time to explain everything, and answered our questions, we didn't feel rushed. When we were leaving, my kiddo and little brother got souvenir glasses and left happy.“
