“Dr Kirk was great ! Best eye doctor I've ever been to, and I have been seeing an eye doctor since I was five years old. From the initial phone call, the gal on the phone was very knowledgeable and friendly, and she was able to fit me in right away. Upon my arrival for my first visit, Dr. Kirk was very friendly and knowledgeable and very detailed. After I completed my consultation, the front office was aware of my insurance information and was out of there quickly. Highly recommend Dr. Kirk and his staff.“

“I found this place after having care that wasn't working at another place. I called and the lady that answered was so nice. She was able to get me in that day. Upon arrival I found the place to be this quaint little house. Once inside the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The wait to see the doctor was not long. Without going into detail as to what was wrong with me I will say that this man is nothing short of genius! Whatever he tells you to do just do it. I promise you it will work. I thought what he told me to do was crazy but immediately after the first time I did as he said I saw noticeable improvements!! After five minutes! I had been receiving treatment at another place for over two weeks and nothing but things worsening. When they say that experience matters this is exactly what they are talking about. I was fortunate enough to stay in the area long enough to be able to return for an eye exam. Again, a wonderful experience. This guy really knows his stuff. His staff is so kind and knowledgeable. If I lived in this area this would be our family doctor. The residents are very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable doctor there to be able to provide care for them and their families.“

“Dr Whatcott is a pretty nice guy and did good job of explaining what’s going on with my vision. The staff in the optical dept are very attentive and the ladies that select glasses have a talent for choosing just the right glasses. Good suggestions good products and, depending on the brands and options you get, good price. I need trifocals so $$ - $$$. But I love ‘Emma!“

When they called me to pick up the lenses, everything was EXCELLENT. For the prescription change, they also gave me a small refund to my debit card (something unexpected). “The team at VisualEyes, Manteca was fantastic from beginning to end. The scheduling, reminders, and pick-up process were all seamless, with text reminders for appointments and pick-up availability. I visited with my husband to get a couple of progressive glasses for the both of us. The staff was thorough with the necessary examinations and very accommodating. Dr. Nguyen made me feel comfortable with the eye drops needed to dilate my pupils--she's fun! The selection of frames is excellent, and I quickly found a pair of Ray-Bans I loved. Jolene assisted us in choosing our frames; she was very helpful and efficient. We were told the glasses would be ready in 1-2 weeks, but they arrived in just one week. Jolene also ensured our glasses fit perfectly at pick-up. As a first-time progressive glasses user, I felt they did an excellent job helping me find the best option. “My 5 YO son is on the spectrum, so going to new places and new doctors is always nerve wrecking. However, everyone here was friendly and patient - bonus they have bilingual staff. They have TVs in the waiting area, so my son was entertained. My son had a meltdown during the eye exam, but again, the staff was patient and understanding. Dr. Roubach was super friendly and even spoke a bit of spanish. The Dr. took the time to explain everything, and answered our questions, we didn't feel rushed. When we were leaving, my kiddo and little brother got souvenir glasses and left happy.“
