First, we feel thankful RamJack was willing to come assist us when we are about 2 hours from big cities (Lake County). Second, we appreciate that climbing under houses is difficult work – particularly 1961 houses with very stingy crawl spaces. In our case, RamJack installed 3 helical piles due to adobe clay soil throughout our neighborhood (which causes seasonal expansion and contraction that is tough to address). They also installed a few extra support jacks and a support beam under the middle of our house. The initial crew was led by Michael, who listened, measured, and communicated thoroughly, and the guys did a great job.
From the moment we started this journey to fix our foundation, RamJack’s method of repair was the obvious choice over competitors. Simple-Straightforward approach with a proven track record in my area made the choice easy. The crew that worked on my house were a hardworking, professional, and efficient in their approach. It was also reassuring to hear the crew laugh and joke during the day whereby showing their respect for each other. It is so wonderful to have a level house after all these years of living in the home. Big thanks to RamJack!
