These guys saved us big time. We had someone from another company come out for an emergency call and he said we needed a part that could have been $3K…. Michael’s Certified Air, sent us Ricky from heaven. Rick checked one part, replaced it and our AC was back to normal. The part was only $30 and still covered under warranty. The first guy swore up and down that our warranty had expired. He claimed to be an expert on AC warranties. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR SAVING US RICKY!!!!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MICHAELS CERTIFIED AIR!!!!!!

Michael’s Certified Air offers exceptional service. I called over the weekend and left a message on their voicemail. Amber called first thing Monday morning and had a technician at my house within two hours to service our cooler. The technician was courteous and considerate and made sure everything was in proper working order. It can't get much better than that! Thank you for being consistent!

I needed a new thermostat and wanted to go with a company owned by a local resident. Michaels Certified Air did not disappoint. I called and the appointment was scheduled promptly. The Tech Ricky, showed up on time, was professional and was able to quickly quote me a (quite reasonable) price. Less than 30 minutes later I had a functional thermostat installed that I could not be more happy with. Ricky made sure I was satisfied and that all my questions were answered. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
