I went in for an unusual key that I have been having a hard time getting elsewhere. It was a lock for a 23 year old trailer door. I have visited 3 locksmiths previously, multiple self-serve kiosks, and several key cutters inside of hardware stores. No one could even find a blank that worked. The guy in Paradise was able to find an alternate blank that matched and cut a working key. Was able to accomplished what other places couldn't seem to. Thanks!

I tried calling the service and was placed in a loop. The automated service would ask for a zip code, tell me my wait time, call would be monitored, then repeat. Not very useful.Edit: I edited to an average since the company had a good response time to a review and willing to remedy the issue

helped my girlfriend and i out of a huge pickle during a camping trip up in the mountains with a broken key. thanks again jim for coming in on your day off to the rescue. forever appreciative.
