The machine worked great easy to operate. The only negative thing about it is immediately you start getting messages from the company and they continue to send and its annoying. Other than that it is a great way to get keys made

I went in for an unusual key that I have been having a hard time getting elsewhere. It was a lock for a 23 year old trailer door. I have visited 3 locksmiths previously, multiple self-serve kiosks, and several key cutters inside of hardware stores. No one could even find a blank that worked. The guy in Paradise was able to find an alternate blank that matched and cut a working key. Was able to accomplished what other places couldn't seem to. Thanks!

I tried calling the service and was placed in a loop. The automated service would ask for a zip code, tell me my wait time, call would be monitored, then repeat. Not very useful.Edit: I edited to an average since the company had a good response time to a review and willing to remedy the issue
