We have been customers since they first opened in 2022 and have had nothing but excellent service with them and clear communication. Antonio is also an invaluable asset to this location in particular. I have not set foot in this store for 3 years after we moved out of Ridgecrest and California in general but he has kept in contact with necessary updates and changes to our insurance and plan but when my husband and I walked in he recognized us immediately by name and was very helpful in navigating the check out and closing process.

Had a great experience renting a storage unit from this location. They noticed I had emptied my unit and reminded me to cancel my contract. They even refunded me a months worth of storage when I forgot to let them know I had moved out before the next payment was due! Just overall excellent customer service.

I have found the staff to be very professional, courteous and helpful. They are responsive and thorough in answering my questions and concerns. They return calls in a timely manner. The facility is clean and well maintained.
