My hard drive crashed. I know. I arrived at Cosner-Neipp in a desperate state and asked them if they repaired nervous breakdowns because I was barely coping. I wanted to know if they could recommend a respectable, legitimate hard drive recovery company. Instead, they took my hard drive, hooked it up to their computers, did some kind of voodoo mystical magical routine, and informed me that they could recover the data for me on the spot, today. A few hours later and my hard drive (and life’s work) were restored. Everything intact. Nothing missing. I lost everything, got it back, and can’t thank them enough…but I’ll try. There are not enough amazing words in the dictionary to describe the professionalism, hard work, and intelligence that the Cosner-Neipp team showed while working with our company at the beginning of the year tackling quite the wiring project at our office in Ridgecrest. Timothy and Adam were always extremely responsive, and catering to our limited schedule and never-ending request and needs. Since completing our office renovation project, Adam and Timothy have continued to help us resolve so many other issues at our office, it seems like there is nothing they cannot do. Cosner-Neipp is the company I call for all my computer, security system and Technical difficulties running electric devices for my business. I highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. We are very fortunate to have a small business like this in Ridgecrest.
