I wanted to take the time to leave a review for the YWCA of Richmond. First off, this school was and is a life saver for my family and I. All three of my children attended this school and I must say through the years all my kids were treated with kindness, decency and most importantly respect. There program teaches and prepares the babies for kindergarten. Ms. Lisa and ALL the staff do an amazing job caring for the children. Thanks Ywca!!

My little one enjoys going to his school. He has great teachers who look out for him. Everyday they do age appropriate developmental activities, comes home with lots of fun crafts and drawings. My child has learned so much. Center is nice and clean.

This place is disgusting, awful, and unsanitary! The location is the worst, the upper management only care about money. I spoke with someone the site supervisor,and she was rude, inconsiderate and cultural insensitive for the Black Community! Funny because the center is located in Richmond,CA! Then she rudely gave me the Martinez number to speak with someone about my experience and the director did not care she never showed any empathy or apologized that her company treated me with such DISRESPECT! She took up for this site supervisor character and tried to convince me that I misunderstood her words and actions! WHAT?!?! I hate coming across childcare facilities that do not genuinely care about children. Why even go into that career?! Ugh! Its absolutely sickening! Do NoT, Do NoT, Do NoT put your child in this facility.
